Inspired by this Abstruse Goose comic, here’s an idea for people who like to complete superficial questionnaires on the internet: how about write a list questions that you would like to see answered? Sample questions:
- Can robots be conscious?
- Why won’t she go out with me?
- Why would the Death Star, the gigantic mobile space station that can destroy planets, have an opportune unobstructed exhaust shaft going to it’s core allowing a single missile to blow up the whole thing?
As you can see it is unequivocally buckets of fun. This could also be done at regular intervals, say, once a week, depending on what is on one’s mind at the time.
Additionally, it’s Friday the 13th! Anything unlucky happen to anyone?

In January when I built my computer I got only 2 x 2 GB sticks of this memory, figuring if I needed more later I could always buy it, probably at a cheaper price. Astonishingly though, it did not get cheaper in the 10 months since. Quite the opposite - it cost somewhere around $70 when I got it but the price kept rising and has now hit $106! This despite the rising value of the Canadian dollar. I don’t understand why this is happening in an industry where prices drop by the day, especially when other components are continuing to drop in price. For instance, had waited until today to get my CPU, I would have saved nearly $100.
Of course, now that I’ve decided I need more (since starting working with After Effects), I am limited to one particular model of RAM (matching my current sticks) whose price is more than I’m willing to pay. Why?!

I am trying to give the weblog another go.. again.. like so many people. You are lame for reading this. However I have discovered that someone writing a seemingly more serious blog actually found and linked to one of my rare posts to back up his opinion.. creepy.
I am sick and it’s not the swine which is lame - I don’t wan’t to get sick twice. Staying home is boring and lonely and creates masses of schoolwork to catch up on..
